Once completed please send your certificate to the local office.

If you've lived in PA for 10 years or more,

complete a disclosure statement.

If you have not lived in PA for 10 or more years, you must get fingerprinted by following these steps:

Visit https://uenroll.identogo.com enter Service Code: 1KG756.
Select "Schedule or Manage Appointment and fill in the required information.
Choose an appointment date, time, and location, or opt for "walk-in."
Print the Registration Complete page with your Registration ID note the email confirmation.
Bring the registration code and a or federal photo ID to your appointment along with payment.
Results will be to you within two to four weeks; send a copy of the clearance to CEF when received.
